Our facility is designed around the idea that everyone should be able to have a customized personal fitness program. Our trainers work with you to find the best solution for reaching your fitness goals.

About Us

We offer 1-1 personal training, semi-private and small group personal training. Our dynamic, fun, results-oriented workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, plyometrics, core training, functional fitness and flexibility.

We specialize in one-on-one personal training in a fully equipped private studio. We are passionately committed to exercise and education as a path to a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Innovative Fitness programs and services include:

  • one-on-one personal training - We have several pre-priced packages available - from 6 sessions up through 36 sessions. Price lists are available on request.
  • group training (limited times & class size)
  • bodybuilding
  • sports specific training
  • flexibility & core strengthening
  • nutritional analysis & diet modification
  • body composition assessment - We offer a 9-site skin fold analysis that measures your body fat/lean muscle ratio and circumference measurements. This is an excellent way to gauge your progress toward your ideal body composition. Periodic reassessments are available to help you gauge your progress.
  • weight loss - Your eating habits impact your ability to meet your fitness goals. Your analysis starts with a body composition test, an evaluation of your current eating habits and an interview to determine your nutritional needs. From there, we create a meal plan and provide supplement recommendations, if indicated.
