- body composition assessment - We offer a 9-site skin fold analysis that measures your body fat/lean muscle ratio and circumference measurements. This is an excellent way to gauge your progress toward your ideal body composition. Periodic reassessments are available to help you gauge your progress.
- weight loss - Your eating habits impact your ability to meet your fitness goals. Your analysis starts with a body composition test, an evaluation of your current eating habits and an interview to determine your nutritional needs. From there, we create a meal plan and provide supplement recommendations, if indicated.
