• one-on-one personal training - We have several pre-priced packages available - from 6 sessions up through 36 sessions. Price lists are available on request.

• body composition assessment - We offer a 9-site skin fold analysis that measures your body fat/lean muscle ratio and circumference measurements. This is an excellent way to gauge your progress toward your ideal body composition. Periodic reassessments are available to help you gauge your progress.
• weight loss - Your eating habits impact your ability to meet your fitness goals. Your analysis starts with a body composition test, an evaluation of your current eating habits and an interview to determine your nutritional needs. From there, we create a meal plan and provide supplement recommendations, if indicated.

We charge no monthly fees. All services are prepaid, the price dependent on the service offered and the number of training sessions you choose. Prices are subject to change without notice
